What we collect
Name, delivery address, WhatsApp number, email, date of birth (optional), order history, and site analytics.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, provide customer support and warranty, run the loyalty programme, and — only if you opt in — send you newsletters and promotions on WhatsApp or email.
Who we share it with
Delivery couriers (name, address, phone), payment providers (order reference and amount only), WhatsApp Business Cloud (message delivery), and our hosting/database provider. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing troveknot@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing WhatsApp messages by replying STOP.
Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out.
