Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase you make from TroveKnot (troveknot.lovable.app). By placing an order you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp at +94 77 224 2962 before you buy.

1. Orders

An order is confirmed only after we contact you on WhatsApp to verify address, size, and stock. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is out of stock or the delivery address is unreachable.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. We accept cash on delivery and online payment via HNB Accept. Prices can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Delivery

Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days across Sri Lanka. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or force majeure are outside our control.

4. Warranty

Every polypropylene bag is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the delivery date. See the full warranty terms.

5. Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.

6. Liability

TroveKnot's liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed trips, damaged contents, etc.).
